Dual airtight & locked-rotor tests before delivery cut material mismatch risks, keeping temperature rise and vibration below industrial benchmarks during long continuous operation.
YB3 is an upgraded replacement for YB2 series, with overall performance reaching international advanced standards. Its mounting dimensions and power output comply with IEC regulations, providing safer and more reliable new-generation driving equipment for petroleum, chemical and other industries, fully replacing old explosion-proof motors for long-term use in flammable and explosive dangerous places.
Its explosion-proof performance meets GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.2-2010 standards, with explosion-proof marks including ExdI, ExdIIAT4, ExdIIBT4. It can be used in non-mining underground coal mines and factory explosive gas environments of Class IIA, IIB and Temperature Class T1-T4, with stable and reliable explosion-proof structure.
Adopting high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and all-copper coils with optimized electromagnetic design, its efficiency ranges from 65% to 95.8%, with significantly lower energy consumption than traditional explosion-proof motors. It reduces power costs in long-term continuous operation, meeting industrial energy-saving needs and adapting to S1 continuous duty scenarios.
After dynamic balance adjustment and air duct optimization, no-load noise is as low as 52-100dB (A), with slight operation vibration and strong mechanical stability. It reduces equipment resonance loss, improves noise pollution in working environment, and is suitable for industrial production scenarios sensitive to noise and vibration.
Optional protection class IP44/IP54/IP55, insulation class F (155℃), adapting to working conditions of altitude ≤1000m and ambient temperature -15℃~40℃. Special types such as humid tropics and outdoor anti-corrosion can be customized for stable operation in humid, dusty and corrosive environments.
100% inspection in the whole process, adopting high-quality bearings such as SKF/NSK and high-strength cast iron shell. Key components have strong durability, long design life and low failure rate, reducing downtime and maintenance frequency, as well as life-cycle operation and maintenance costs.
