Composition of Industrial Robots
- Manipulator: The main mechanical arm that performs terminal movements of the robot. With a multi-joint linkage structure, it can flexibly complete various industrial processes such as welding, spraying, material handling and assembly, serving as the core execution unit for the robot to realize operation functions.
- Connection Cable: It transmits power supply, motion control signals and data communication between the mechanical body and control cabinet, ensuring precise synchronous operation of each robot axis.
- Robot Control System: The “brain” of the whole equipment, built-in motion control programs and servo drive modules. It stores robot motion trajectories and process parameters, and coordinates the manipulator to complete preset automatic procedures.
- smartPAD Teach Pendant: Human-machine interaction terminal. Operators can manually teach position points, compile motion programs, adjust operating parameters in real time and monitor equipment status via touch screen, to conveniently finish programming and troubleshooting.
