Basic Technical Parameters
The low-temperature system is applicable to Zone 1 & Zone 2 hazardous areas with mixtures of explosive gas and air of Class IIA–IIC, Temperature Class T1~T3, and/or Zone 21 & Zone 22 combustible dust locations. It performs purging control and protection for motors operating under low-temperature conditions.
The product has obtained domestic explosion-proof certificate, CCC compulsory certification, international EAC certification and other relevant qualification documents.The low-temperature positive pressure control unit is standardly equipped with a main control unit and a pressure relief unit. The pressure relief unit is fitted with spark and particle baffles to prevent hot particles from entering hazardous locations, complying with Clause 5.9 of GB/T 3836.5-2021.
The thermal insulation cotton inside the low-temperature positive pressure control device reaches B1 fire resistance grade, with thermal conductivity ≤0.33 W/(m・K).
